Simon Shen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, business, and education consulting. As a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, Simon has a strong foundation in both law and business management. He is also an accomplished linguist, fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
Simon began his career at Zhejiang University Haicheng Translation Agency, where he gained valuable experience in legal document translation and interpretation. He then transitioned into the business world as a China Market Consultant for Cincinnati Sub-Zero and a Business Consultant/Project Manager at Adfaith Management Consulting.
In 2015, Simon joined IDP Education Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager and Head of North American School Section, where he managed education consulting projects and advised VIP clients on application strategies for North American colleges and graduate schools. He then took on the role of Business General Manager at Insider Education Consulting, where he offered admission consulting services to clients applying to North American universities.
Simon's legal expertise was further solidified when he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2017. His legal background includes serving as a Legal Fellow at the Chinese American Service League (CASL) Pro Bono Legal Clinic and a Child Advocate at the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights.
Today, Simon is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Alpha Realty Service, a cutting-edge software company designed to cater to the needs of real estate developers. With his unique blend of legal, business, and international expertise, Simon is well-equipped to drive the company's strategic vision and contribute to its continued growth and success.
